there are regular markets on Wednesdays & Fridays with a high
standard of household & fashion goods plus lots of fresh, seasonal produce. Local foods are much in evidence, from
fruit & veg to meats, cheeses, eggs etc. The plant stalls are particularly good & at Christmas
there's a selection of trees, holly & mistletoe.
